These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase of products from Colortech, a brand operated by Fatem Precision Corp. ("Colortech", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us & products

Colortech is a brand of Fatem Precision Corp., an independent reseller of professional display colour-measurement instruments. All product names, model designations and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Colortech is not the manufacturer.

2. Orders & acceptance

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) per unit. Orders of 1–50 units may be placed through this website; orders of more than 50 units are handled directly — please contact us for a quotation. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may decline or cancel an order and issue a full refund where necessary.

3. Pricing

We aim to keep pricing accurate but reserve the right to correct errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider supporting international cards and major wallets. Colortech does not store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.

5. Shipping, returns & warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refunds & Returns Policy. Products carry the manufacturer's standard limited warranty against manufacturing defects; warranty claims are handled per the manufacturer's terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colortech's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Taiwan.
