We ship worldwide from Taiwan using reputable international couriers.

1. Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment, subject to stock availability. Larger orders may require additional lead time, which we will confirm with you.

2. Delivery time

Estimated delivery is usually 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance. These are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping charges, where applicable, are confirmed at checkout or in your quotation before payment.

4. Tracking

A tracking number is provided once your order ships so you can follow its progress.

5. Duties & taxes

Prices are shown exclusive of import duties and local taxes. Any customs duties, import VAT/GST or clearance fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Risk & delivery issues

Risk in the goods passes on delivery. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly via the enquiry form and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
